An unexpected run tonight

I was thrilled to have arrived home, after writing off my run whilst driving home in the heavy rain and hailstones oh and lightning, to a rainbow and the sun out.... So running gear straight on and did a sneaky 5k in 32 mins. I was pleased with the time as it was a real stamina run. I've always run on the flat apart from the last two runs. The first half of my run today was up hill so I was pleased with my time. Felt depressed thinking I wouldn't get my run done so feeling great now I have.

Yea! Isn't it great when things fall into place like that. Funnily enough, I've just realised reading your post that my route this morning included a bit of a hill, which I did twice - and I also managed somehow to increase my pace.

Well done. It's great that you maybe didn't notice this morning. Shows you are doing really well. (I noticed!!) I do think the changing pace and routes really helps.

Sounds like you had a fab run in the end, especially as it included a hill! Brill time, I'm nowhere near that yet, very well done indeed!

Thank you. It's hard to know whether my speed is right or not. Running is great isn't it.
