Nice run out this morning new asics top as it was cold and dark when i started warming up. Didn't need long sleeves by the end. 8.64k in 58 mins. Fairly consistent Steps per minute and ground contact time. All in all feeling chuffed

I got a new top! New bottoms too. Well, you have to don't you. LOL
It's still too warm for long sleeves though, I found that out too. Swelter!
