Well it's less than a week to go before the Cardiff Half Marathon which I will be running.
I started the C25k back in January and thoroughly enjoyed the pleasure that regular exercise brought me. I also gave up Smoking in March so am feeling a lot healthier.
Anyway, last long run (20km) completed last Wednesday so now just a few shorties to keep me going.
Any tips you experienced guys can pass on would be much appreciated and I'Ll let you know how it goes late Sunday
All the best

I'm not experienced but I do wish you all the best for your upcoming race.
Scary times I think, but you know you have put the miles in so you should be good on the day. All that training over the weeks and months will pay off. I just hope you get a pleasant clear, bright day and if it must rain, let it just be a slight drizzle, near the end to refresh you for a fast finish.
I am training for my first ever one at the end of Oct so I share your excitement/nervousness but it's just something we have to get out of our system. We just have to know if we can don't we. LOL
Enjoy your final week of jogs and I hope you will be in the finest of fettle come the big day. Good luck!!!
