first long run for 3wks only been doing little ones had a nice little seven in the week so thought id try my luck ,made sure i run a bit slower today dont want to take any risks at the mo ,changed my route and run into town well around the town first and back had no probs tired at the end but just pressed on all done 13.2 in 1hr51 so i quite happy with that and should be able to get it down a bit also not taking any gels any more so i allowed myself 4 jelly babies ,earphone cable kept sticking to my back and was pulling them after 3 mile of that put ipod in jacket no more probs onward we go happy running all

I did a longer run today (well for me of late) I did 12.20. I took no food or water and I felt fine without either. Mind you I was running steadily so didn't get really out of puff

Your scenery looks a bit posher than mine! LOL

I hope you're feeling ok Moger. How's the body holding up?
