long run

long run done this morning up at six and out the door at seven (coffee needed) no route planned just headed off todays mission 100 min run split into 70 mins easy 30 at pace with a cooldown at the end run into town then hit newnham across the meadows back into town round the colleges and then headed north no problems running legs were a bit lazy afer 8 mile s yesterday finished back at river where i started a few hellos to the runners i see everyday and got to 13.45 miles at 1hr 48 i have started running without gels now nothing this morning i ate the babies on friday night took water today but i can only have little sips it still makes me feel sick and that folks is the end of week nine thank god ive only got 4 running days this week take care all and run happy

  • im doing the a garmin one level 2 its all done on time /mins 5 days a week ,its a mix of interval fartieks and long runs suzybenji

  • its nice but ive been up and down there so many time now very nice in the morning and it loops over to the other side of the river with the meadows few cows about grazing
