No you don't hate it Moger, you love it really! I suppose running is a bit of a love/hate relationship when you stop and think about. Not you Moger! You have to keep going matey

Good look with your 10 miler!! My first ever race was a 10 miler and I think I have a bit of a soft spot for that distance now. It's a long enough distance for anything to happen so if you think you are not going too well you still have time to make up for lost time

I dare say you'll charge round the whole thing PDQ!

Keep on running Moger, all through Christmas and out the other side. I'll with be you there. Running Christmas Eve and again on the 27th.

thanks misswobble just stuck in the same rut of doing 2x5.5 tempo in the week and only should be doing the 11 miles for long run 2 more weeks left of this phase then its up to 15 for long run s and 8.5 tempo cant wait for the race lots of club runners do this so should be harder be happy with 1hr 10 if im quick have a wonderful christmas and a nice run on the 27th xx

Those runners will haul you round. You could knock spots off your predicted time!
