Proud of myself! With my knee pain, I didn't know if I could finish week 2, but i put Icy Hot on my knee and a brace and I took off. I did just fine- a little pain, but nothing major. I wasn't as fast as I would like, but was faster and went farther than yesterday. On to week 3, that is, after I give myself a couple days to rest my knee!

well done! Please do rest your knee though - it really isn't worth the weeks out of running because of pushing too hard - this I know from experience! Good luck with it.
