I was so happy with how wk2 went but going into wk3, I struggled so much with the 3 minute runs, they seemed to go on forever and I was so slow felt I was hardly moving. But I did it! Bring on run 2

Well done for completing the run. You have to be well chuffed with yourself. Things do get easier in the end. It’s probably (if you’re like me) all in the mind. Try not to think about it in time. Whatever you achieve is a great step in the right direction. Good luck

Well done! I just finished this exact run and I agree with you, I was definitely super slow on the three minute runs, much slower than week 2 but I still did it. I tried really hard to think about something else not that I was running and that made it go a little bit faster. Good luck with the rest of your runs :)

Well done! I’m at the same point as you but just trying to remember that I thought the first run of each week would be impossible, but then did it. I find concentrating on my breathing, singing along to the music (in my head, no one needs to hear that! 🤣), looking around at the houses, all distracts me from how long I have been running. Also finding that as the run sessions get longer, that the overall session seems to end sooner, if that makes sense? You know you can do it now, so the next run you just have to remember that, and how good you feel after. Well done! 💪

Yes I find that the first of each week is definitely the hardest. I gave myself a couple of days off then tried again and am pleased to say nailed it! I even ran on for an extra 15 seconds as I’d just overtaken some walkers and didn’t want to stop right in front of them 😁. We can do this. 👏

Thank you everyone! I did it!! Was hard but I must be building up some stamina and tricks to divert myself. Am thrilled! Off to order some new leggings to spur me in further 🌸💪
