Hip bursitis - gutted.

I nailed w7r3 and my hip felt good. I decided to cycle my route yesterday as the 2 days rest between runs seemed to work well - but have knackered my hip completely. Now crying on the sofa with constant pain (and disappointment at being unable to run). GP for me tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

You poor thing. It sounds really horrible.

It is more likely though that your hip isn't 'completely knackered'; it probably just needs a little holiday and a bit of pampering.

Hope you get some good advice (and painkillers!) from the doctor. Rest up and keep your chin up

Ouch! I had trouble with my hip but the physio gave me some strengthening exercises which have corrected the problem. Takes a bit of time but you will get past this.

Thank you for your posts. The tricky bit will be actually getting the appointment. The phone line is always busy on a Monday morning!
