Was supposed to start week 5 on Tuesday evening but have been having problems with my hip since I tripped over. It is so painful even walking so I definitely couldn't run at the moment. I'm just worried as to whether I'll be able to continue with wk 5 once it's eased or shall I maybe repeat wk 4? Any advice will be welcome.

Get some specialist advice for you hip. Rest until it is strong again. Once you are ready and depending on how long you've been away make you decision. Two weeks or less and you shouldn't lose any fitness. Any longer and you may need to lower you expectations. Maybe go for w5 but allow yourself to revert to w4 if you find it too much. All the best.

Aww so sorry to hear this. I've been waiting to see how you got on with week 5. I can imagine how gutted you are. Just get lots of rest and see your doctor for advice. It really doesn't matter if you have to put it on hold for a little while...you can come back to it when you're healed. Keep us posted!

I completed it yesterday. Wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be. Start week 6 tomorrow. Hope you're back up and running soon. Did you see your GP? 😊
