Well i have entered my first race for charity. 21st September around Manchester airport!! SSSSOOOOOOOO excited lol!! For Medcare (sports relief/comic relief) helping raise funds to improve healthcare for sick and vulnerable children in third world countries.

Better get in training.....next run lunch time!! :-) x

Woohoo!!!! Good for you. Yeah, go on! Get training. Hup, two, three four, breathe, two, three four. You're not on your own, lots of folks are entering races right, left and centre. I think it must be the good weather lulling us all into doing mad, impetutous things

Once you have finished the race could you trip and hold up the flights so I can jump on to somewhere exotic ;-) well done on entering your first race

Yay MB, your first one , get this tucked under your bra and there will be no stopping you . You could always enter the Great Manchester Run y'know . Its next May , so you've got looooaaaddds of time to get your training in , go on , fill yer boots Missus :-) xxx

Brilliant! That will be some race! Congratulations, you'll love it! I echo what Poppy said; get signed-up for the GMR next year. Having races on the horizon really is great motivation. :-)

Cheers guys. My mate flies to Florida that day and says she will look out for me as she's taking off ;-) I will probably be the beet red one at the back lol. But hey who cares??!! Life's about trying. No regrets!!! The only regret would be not giving it a go.!!

Also looking at the night run thingy on my birthday in November around media city near manchester. All lit up in the dark. Looks ace!! X
