Hi,

Just about to go and do my W9 R1! Feeling excited and going to stock up on water. Do I graduate after this run or after W9 R3??

Will tell you how it goes! :D

Thanks for the info. I'm going on the run today and hopefully if all goes well I'll be a graduate by the end of the day :)

You will graduate after your 3rd run of week 9 of the NHS C25k plan.

You're so close! Once W9R3 is done and dusted you're officially a graduate

Well done almost there but in reality once you are comfortable running for 30min then you've made it.

Do you have plans for a special run on W9R3? Parkrun, or a really beautiful trail?

Unfortunately no, but the run is today! I don't live near to any especially beautiful places.
