After consolidating, decided to use Laura’s 5k+.Started with stepping stones.
First time ever with Laura and first time ever with music.
Seamless transition from MJ to Laura as far as running form.
The podcast is amazing.
No further searching needed for me, Laura is the star.💫🏃♀️💫

Yes do Jen. 5k+ ( 6 podcasts with and without the warm up/introduction) stepping stones/ stamina/ speed.

I went onto iTunes and got NHS .... 5+stepping stones
And 5+Speed it's definitely Laura , not sure if it's right Laura
