Thanks to all your support and encouragement, and posts of other's W3 successes, I was looking forward to this weeks challenge in the end. It was great, as it turns out...the wee aches are to be expected, but I love this C25K programme for getting me out exercising. Brilliant!

Also, introduced a friend to C25K and supported her on her W1R1 run yesterday - the one minute runs felt much easier for me than they did just a few weeks ago. We're going to see about doing a park run together by the end of the year!! watch this space :D

Tremendous! It's great to hear that you feel fitter already - just think of what's still to come :)

Glad you're doing well so far - keep at it!

Parkrun? Why, it'll be just a run in the park for you soon if you keep this up :-)

Hey! That's great! Well done and good you introduced a friend too. I completely agree, I really am enjoying C25K and think it's an excellent programme. I just did my a Week 3 Run 1 yesterday too and it went pretty well, like you, the 90 second runs definitely seem easier already and the 3 mins were not as bad as I thought they would be! :) Enjoy the rest of your week 3! :))
