whoop whoop!! week 5 day 3!!

just thought i would update! last weekend I posted that I couldnt do the 20 minute run on the c25k week 5, day 3. well i repeated the week and today I've gone and smashed it!!!

also since starting the programme I've lost 5 1/2 inches overall too and in 4 weeks, 9lbs!!

absolutely buzzing!!!

Yay! Fantastic. Well done. That first 20 minute run is a huge milestone and makes you feel so happy and confident x
