Well after 2 weeks of back pain, made it to the Physio today. My usual irritated L5 disc. No running for me for at least another 2 weeks, then we’ll see.... Frustrated but not a lot to be done about it, other than invest time, walking and Pilates into my recovery. Bit sad, but that’s life. 🙄🏃🏻♀️

Pilates and walking is very good for strengthening, so I reckon you’ll be back out stronger than before. Remember running in pain provides no real fun at all. Build up the strength and maximise the fun!! Wishing you good and enjoyable recovery time. Every day it’s a day closer. Enjoy Pilates and walking for now!! Running will still be here when you’re ready to roll on full charge. You still got this Dralimc! 😍❤️
