That's great - thanks for that link! my partner is on w8r2 So that will be great for him. I have also got the graduation badge that made it to chile and going to get him a new blue running top and water bottle(if I can find one). Actually I might walk the 10km to the mall down town today.

That's a really great idea.

My face looks much more like a bursting tomato when I am running though, so I am not convinced by the 'pure white faced' runner images.

Yeah I liked it too but totally agree....my face is a somewhat more beetroot colour after a run!

In my dreams my face is white and I am just breathing, not gasping.

This is marvellous and I will print one off, stick my name on it and put it on the wall of honour in the loo to join my 25m swimming cert and cycling proficiency.
