Just found parts of my body I didn't know could hurt but they did. Over the moon I didn't stop ( I know it's only a minute ) face like a beetroot, heavy legs & weirdly looking forward to Wednesday

Christ I survived Week 1 Run 1
Fantastic, well done! I'm just in from my fourth Week 1 run as I didn't feel ready to make the step up to Week 2, but going to try it on Wednesday.
It might be only a minute of running at a time, but I found it tough. Recognise the beetroot face and heavy legs "symptoms"!
Fantastic, well done! Things will get better & better. Take things steady, there are so many positive benefits to be had. Enjoy! x
Well done, when i first started i didn't know a minute lasted so long. Well done for getting started, you will enjoy the programme (maybe not 100% of the time) but you will feel great and the nine weeks will fly by!! Good luck for the rest of your runs!
Well done! I have just started Week 3 and it is starting to feel like I can do this running lark. I have just decided to start running earlier too.
Well done - first step completed!
I could barely run for those 60 seconds back in March and just finished a non-stop 15K over the weekend for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes... ALL thanks to C25K... This is a great programme and "slow and steady" is our mantra... this will change your life!
PS. I love morning runs - good luck with yours!
I remember those 60 second runs back in May; oh how long they seemed! I haven't graduated yet due to a few injury breaks, but I will and so will you. Take it slowly and steadily and trust the programme. I will be out running on Wednesday and will be thinking of you x
Thanks all
Ah well done you - you hang in there , I was like a goldfish out of water W1 - W8 and I'm far more confident and now I actually tell people I run , yes - RUN - and I've stopped making jokes about my efforts.
It'll happen for you
Happy running
Well done - it is oddly addictive isn't it. Keep going the hardest part is to start so t can only be up from here xxx
Well done ! That first run's the hardest, just getting out of the door requires determination if you're not used to it. Don't worry if you ache all over tomorrow it'll wear off !!
The sense of achievement even from day & run 1 is a good one
Great! Well done! It's tough at first but it will get easier
Well done on getting up and out there. The first runs are the trickiest, but you'll be amazed at your progress.
Great job Wes!!!! I'll be running on Wednesday morning too, so will be thinking off you. Good luck, keep going and keep in touch letting us know how you're getting on
Welcome to be big world of runners, of which you are now a paid-up member.
I will warn you that it is addictive, and once you get into the swing you WILL be looking at roads, trails, beaches etc in a new light.

Safe running, and keep us posted.
You've done the hardest run on the course (so I hear!)
I'm just about to start W3 and cant believe the difference it's made in my life. Keep at it, and well done again!
NOTE: Remember to take the rest days...they ARE important.
