Just found parts of my body I didn't know could hurt but they did. Over the moon I didn't stop ( I know it's only a minute ) face like a beetroot, heavy legs & weirdly looking forward to Wednesday

Fantastic, well done! I'm just in from my fourth Week 1 run as I didn't feel ready to make the step up to Week 2, but going to try it on Wednesday.

It might be only a minute of running at a time, but I found it tough. Recognise the beetroot face and heavy legs "symptoms"!

Well done, when i first started i didn't know a minute lasted so long. Well done for getting started, you will enjoy the programme (maybe not 100% of the time) but you will feel great and the nine weeks will fly by!! Good luck for the rest of your runs!

Gonna do the early mornings from now on xx roll on Wednesday x

Well done - first step completed! :)

I could barely run for those 60 seconds back in March and just finished a non-stop 15K over the weekend for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes... ALL thanks to C25K... This is a great programme and "slow and steady" is our mantra... this will change your life!

PS. I love morning runs - good luck with yours! :)

I remember those 60 second runs back in May; oh how long they seemed! I haven't graduated yet due to a few injury breaks, but I will and so will you. Take it slowly and steadily and trust the programme. I will be out running on Wednesday and will be thinking of you x

Ah well done you - you hang in there , I was like a goldfish out of water W1 - W8 and I'm far more confident and now I actually tell people I run , yes - RUN - and I've stopped making jokes about my efforts.

It'll happen for you :)

Happy running :)

Well done - it is oddly addictive isn't it. Keep going the hardest part is to start so t can only be up from here xxx

Well done ! That first run's the hardest, just getting out of the door requires determination if you're not used to it. Don't worry if you ache all over tomorrow it'll wear off !!

Well done on getting up and out there. The first runs are the trickiest, but you'll be amazed at your progress.

Consider it done. Get a bit self concious etc so i think morning runs are the way forward. Penciled in Mon, Wed & Friday's . The odd Monday maybe a struggle but i'll keep going. Will keep you updated xx
