Why not start at Week 4 again? Hey, it's only 7 days and you'll be back to where you were without going mad and overdoing it!

Suck it and see, Herbie. Depending on your general fitness level, you may or may not have lost condition in the intervening period, you slacker. Start where you left off and if you can't complete, then repeat until you can.

Keep running, keep smiling.

run on holiday?

Yes, I'd say carry on where you left off, I had two weeks off after getting shin splints on week 2, I was prepared to have to repeat that week, but the next week was fine.... I have a question though - why didn't you pack your running shoes etc? Think a holiday is an excuse to slack? Shame on you, don't do it again or Iannoda will come round and sort you out.... XX

Ha! I did pack them and did a couple of runs but I was in Hawaii and even at 6am it was close to 30 degrees! Honest....
