Week 8 run 2

Off out for W8R3 in a mo, when I've had my tea. Here's my circuit, a handy 5KM door to door! 5 min warm up walk, 28 mins running and about 10 mins warm down walk (I stopped to chat to someone too, that's why total time is 49 mins) I think I covered around 3.5KM on the running bit, my speed has increased since I started from 10.45 per KM to 8.15 without really trying, so seeing a definite improvement. I'm already thinking I will need to increase the route a bit soon! One more week to go!

Great route and have a great run! Well done... it's funny how the increase in fitness just sneaks up on you isn't it? Congratulations on getting this far... not long now and you'll have that shiny badge and you will have all the tools you need to keep this up for the rest of your life...

Have fun - keep it relaxed and enjoy it!

Great stuff Curly! You're getting there. The end is nigh!

Happy running. I'm going out in a minute. Just supping tea like you are, then it's out to hit the trail. Yay. I'm a bit achey today though after hedge cutting yesterday and I cut my knee. My hands are trembly too. I couldn't lift my cup up last night as my arms were so tired. Good exercise though I dare say.
