Week 8, Run 2 = Done! :O

Oh my goodness I know I say it every time but I am so slow! :O

Really struggled to get motivated today as have been feeling quite down but hubby nagged me to do it and I have to say apart from now being hot and sweaty I must admit I do feel less down which is good! :)

I found the last couple of minutes jogging really hard today and the hardest bit of all strangely was the warm down walk at the end!

Oh well onwards and upwards! :) :)

Thank you! :)

I did on the running machine as weather and my mood was so awful today but still counts! :)

If you can make yourself get out there, you will just about always feel better for having done so. Just make getting out there the least line of resistance i.e. Have your gear ready to put on at the earliest opportunity so you have to go. Well done hubby for getting you out there. (Mine loves Sunday's - he has peace while I do my long run 😄).

Thanks for replying. Yeah I do that with my kit and also read loads of posts on here to try and get some motivation.

Did on running machine as weather and mood not good. :O

Yeah not sure I would have done it today if hubby hadn't nagged me! :)

Oh please don’t feel down! You’ve done the best thing getting out/in(!) there and doing it. And the weather is going to be better very soon, so it will be perfect to chill out in after a good run. You’re so nearly there. Well done for the nagging hubby and well done you for ticking run 2 off 👍👍🤸‍♀️👍
