....the last 6 weeks. Last week seven run on this Saturday and my knee is much improved. Started some quad strengthening exercises and ran on the verge and softer ground today instead of the road. Now running / walking 2.2 miles and my pace average is coming down too. looking forward to Week 8 and the home straight to week 9.
