Just back from the final run .... feeling so chuffed and grateful for the support on the site, and this amazing app! Thank you!

I'll have to find a slightly less soggy route though, for the consolidation runs, as part of mine is now ankle deep in river water....

Any advice on running, and keeping running, after graduation??

Congratulations on graduation. Enjoy a few consolidation runs over Christmas while you decide what you want to do next, speed, distance, more the same as you've just done, the choice is yours - when you find a dry route. Happy Christmas running

Congratulations!! It's an amazing feeling isn't it! I spent a few weeks running with Michael playing in my ears, I couldn't quite let go of the comfort blanket!! I did some 30 minute runs, a couple of 20 minute runs and ran 5k a couple of times, I set my own plan really. I knew I wanted to start doing park run so made sure I could run 5k before that. Since that I've done the speed session from the c25k+ podcasts and plan to do that on again on Christmas Eve and ive done a 5.5k run aswell. I just evaluate each week and set a plan for the next. Hope that helps a bit, just make sure more than anything that you're enjoying it

Thank you, that's really helpful. I'm keen to do a park run in a few weeks too so guess thats the first goal. I didn't realise there were different sessions on the c25k podcast so will definitely be checking those out, you're right about the comfort blanket being needed, i feel likeLinus!
