Yes, the boat! LOL Sorry, shouldn't laugh. Ahem.

What seems like ages ago, we were asked if we wanted to help spread the word about C25k. If we said we did we were to get a tee shirt. I've not got mine yet but I hear I am to get one

We have volunteered for a variety of tasks so we're not getting them for free.

I think those of us that switched to the new look site early on got asked to promote the site. We got sent an email asking if we would put up posters, tweet, etc and we got sent a lovely (if small) tshirt to wear and posters to hand out.

Okey dokey!!!

I (kind of) remember the email, but didn't respond. Can only blame myself. Shame as I rather like that green t-shirt!!

thanks for explaining!

Hi guys!

Hugo from HealthUnlocked here. If you'd like a shirt please fill in the form via the link below and we'll send a tshirt straight out to you. We understand the size has been a little small for some users but we will do our best to send larger ones to ensure they fit nicely.

The link you'll need is here - bit.ly/HUPioneer

We love the selfies, please keep them coming!

All the best,

Hugo

Hi Hugo, thanks for my tee shirt. Have been wearing it with pride. Had several comments (flattering) and requests for further information (duly given) Advertising on boobs obviously gets your cause noticed! :)
