Just completed W3 in my lunch break although technically it’s my fifth week. I’m not too worried. When I think about how much running I achieved in the 5 weeks before I started C25K, I’m really chuffed!!
Erm... little nervous about W4 mind. I’ll have to drive somewhere to run as I run out of running space after a 3 minute run! Unless I just do circles I guess 😆
Hope you’re all ok and making progress. Have a fab weekend! ☺️

The thing to remember is that in the Couch to 5k universe, a week is not 7 days, it's simply how long it takes you to successfully complete a set of three runs.
My longest "week" (W2) technically took 8 months to complete due to injury, health problems and other time commitments. I still got there in the end.
Keep going at your own pace and enjoy discovering new running locations.
Really doesn’t matter how long it takes, I had to take a couple weeks off when I went to Peru over Easter, whilst on holiday I was kind of excited to get back and pick up c25k again.
Time matters not. What does matter is that you’re out there doing it. Well done on your progress. Keep at it and enjoy the running, no matter how long it takes!! 😉
