Good! Well done! If you take things steady, just a slow jog, you should get round and finish your runs without exacerbating your knee
Beetroot is a great health food! I am cooking up a batch today having pulled some from the garden last night. I will be roasting them to bring out their sweetness and to caramelise them. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmyy
I whizz a bit of apple juice, loads of spinach, boiled beetroot and a clementine in the blender every day - superfood! I used to use a juicer, but it was a pain in the bum to clean up and I need the fibre ... you know what I mean ... so the blended juice is fabulous and keeps me moving in all respects! I feel like a million dollars this week - my husband has gone away on business again, so I'm off the booze and fatty food and it makes SUCH a difference. I don't like the idea of divorce, but I'd be a lot healthier. He's a bad influence - always has a glass of wine in his hand of an evening. Once I've had a glass of wine, healthy eating goes out of the window and I hit the snack cupboard!

Well done it feels great doesn't it when you accomplish a run that you has doubts about
Giid luck with the rest of w4

Well done and glad your knee is ok. I understand the wine thing my partner loves a glass or two at night and this use to influence me. I found as the weeks went by I needed to stop so I could finish the run without it being a struggle. I have nagged him to start c25k and he is about to finish week 3 and he has agreed to stop drinking in the week. This is very hard as we live in a wine producing country, it's very cheap, plentiful and the highest quality and we are flying to argentine today to try some of the neighbours. You will find your will to run out weigh your will for wine and the naughty foods. Good luck with The rest of week four.

I tried to persuade my husband to do the running too, but he's a lazy sod! Would rather sit in front of his computer or play on our son's PS3 drinking wine!!!
