WK 3 : R3 - YAY, DID IT!!

YAY, after 5 weeks since my 10,000 Cancer Research steps were completed, I've not done any training at all.

I thought I must get back in the swing as I felt so much better for the exercise. I've given myself a month off haha, πŸ˜‚ so no excuses now.

I completed WK 3 on Saturday afternoon and thought I'd never do it, but it wasn't that bad. I sure was huffing and puffing though. My legs or calves hurt today, so I'm glad I took the recovery day Sunday and not attempt WK 4. So eager to do that, but I know the recovery days are there for a reason.

I treated myself to another pair of trainers, again, in the Asics range, I find they really suit my feet and not too expensive at this stage in my training. Well impressed with both pairs.

Feeling motivated, well, more than I was anyway 😊😊 x
