10K all mapped out (it's a LONG way) as my "let's see if I can get that far" test before my 10K event on the 26th... also my last big training session - it's all tapering from here in order to be rested up...
If I can walk back to the keyboard tomorrow you should know by lunchtime...
Haha, me too Aussie. I have a 10K run tomorrow then am tapering for my 10K R4L next Sunday (calf muscles permitting!) Good luck my friend, I'll be with you in spirit!
