Congratulations on graduating, maybe there is a little bit of love if you want to continue?
Congratulations! You may not think you love the running, but I bet you have a great sense of achievement!
Congratulations! I hope you find the love because it's amazing xx
I completely get not feeling the love. It took me a long time to get it, don't get ne wrong I was focused to complete the programme but chose it (running & couch 25k) purely because it fitted in easiest I could.do once kids in bedand gave me chance to get away from stresses at home - literally you are running away for a short time and although you are back it gave. me that time to clear my head. I had a long break away from it about 3 months after I graduated (due to pregnancy sickness etc) but got back into it last summer and graduated again. I'm starting to feel I have finally caught the running bug! I enjoy the Parkrun and I.completed a fun run last weekend.with ny daughter. The marshals were great really motivational and felt part of something bigger . Usually I.run alone so it makes a big change.
Thanks. This was my third or fourth attempt at C25K , having been previously banjaxed by work, family, weather etc so I know what you mean. I almost completed last summer but ran out of time before winter arrived so am pleased to have finally done it.Now I have 4 months to consolidate until 'snow stops play'....
