Following my dodgy knee lay-off, I did my second back to running run this morning, and so far so good. Thanks for all the support chaps.

Great news! Having had a few bouts of "dodgy knee" myself I know what a pain it can be to your training plans and to your motivation...

Oh yes! Result!!!
Now then. Take care. Slowly does it. No false moves! If you run gently and steadily you build up your running legs
Do you do any other exercise? Cycling, swimming, walking etc etc All help to build you up to support your running

After a couple of hours both knees are a little tender now ... anyway, I'm going away for a few days now and no running, so they should calm down a bit ... I hope!
