Been struggling with a sore knee so its been over a week since my last run. Just done run 2 week 2 and according to map my run I've just done 3.3 miles which by my reckoning is just over 5k !!!!!!!!! Shocked and stunned isn't quite covering it !

Hmm -- this would mean an average pace of close to 6 mins per klm-- pretty fast considering that almost 20 minutes of the total 31 minutes is walking!! Don't over do things or you may hurt yourself!!
I didn't feel it was fast , maybe map my run is wonky. Anyhow , I'm taking it as a sign that I can actually do this. Onwards.

You could try Runtastic or Runkeeper Jakerook both free for the basic App which can be upgraded. I use iSmoothRun.com which is excellent but cost a huge £2.99!! Good luck with the program.
