So, 9 weeks after I started c25k, I'm running for 30 minutes regularly, getting hugely close to 5k (about 80 meters out). I never would have believed it was possible. I could write a book on the experience, but I'll constrain it down to the 3 key things in my view that really, really helped me and might help others.
1) The hardest part of the whole program (in my view) was even before I started W1R1 ... getting out the front door on day 1! Don't over think the whole thing, just start.
2) Listen to Laura. Follow her instructions to the letter, don't do more, don't do less.
3) If you have any problems or concerns, share them here. The folks on this forum are amazing and will always help and be so supportive.
Good luck to all who are on this pathway, and thanks to those (many) who helped me on mine.

Well said, I too graduates this morning and could not agree more with your advice. A big congratulations to you. I hope you are planning on some well deserved celebrations. Happy running....as Laura would say.
