So what do I do after W9 then . . .

Just about to embark tmrw on W9R1 - and feeling pretty confident I'll do it (it's only an extra 2mins after all!) and then it'll be a weekend of eating & drinking too much as we're going away!

BUT I have resolved to continue running as the C25K will never be an end in itself - so what do I do!? I never thought I'd get this far so really fancy seeing if I can push myself a bit further - are there any 10k Apps out there as I couldn;t find much with a real quick search.

There is B210K (bridge to 10k takes you from 5 to 10).

There seem to be different versions of it available though, some look faster and harder than others available in app store. There are also other podcasts with Laura for speed work and stamina. If you scroll down there's a link 'life after 5k' which probably takes you to them.

At the moment I am just running 5ks (ha!!) and trying to improve my time and fitness, which is a nice pause before starting B210K.

I hope you find something that suits!

Have fun :-)

I graduated today and I think the trick is to see it as a beginning rather than an end. I am going to carry on with 3 runs a week of around 3 -3 1/2 miles then start chucking in some slightly longer runs with the aim of 10k runs and a 1/2 marathon later.

For now just basking in graduation glory!

Best of luck with this week, looking forward to congratulating you at the end!

I have found it helped me maintain my motivation a lot to sign up for a 10k race as soon as I graduated.
