W9 R1 - what a surprise!

Early morning, no-one around to see. Hi vis jacket flapping in the wind, dread trying to sneak it's way in to my thoughts, but hey! Hang on. This is not so bad..in fact it feels pretty much like week 8!

Relief..... Now I KNOW I can do this! I've already done it 3 times!

Roll on Sunday and R2 :-)
