Completed week 6 run 2 but I wasn't a happy bunny! A struggle the whole way...aches I've not had before and wanting to stop....but on the plus side I kept going and did the same distance and time....not looking forward to the next run and weeks

Put it behind you! It's done now! Each day is different! You probably feel a whole lots different on run 3! I was going to do w6r2 this evening but it's been so warm - going to get up in the morning and do it instead. ONWARDS & FORWARDS xx
Give it a little while and hopefully your positive thoughts will outweigh those negative ones. Give yourself a pat on the back - WELL DONE, you did the run!
Personally I always found the 2nd run in a week the hardest, so please don't write off your next run before you get there. Every run is different and some are better than others. Look back at where you've come from, enjoy your rest day(s) and then go for W6R3.
As you say the most important thing is - you kept going, so be proud of that. Try not to think tooooo much about the coming weeks - one step at a time. You've done great so far - why should that change now?
