Well, after the hellish run on Tuesday and my run last night being rained off, I got back out there tonight and, thankfully, found this run much better. Probably not as good as my 20 minute run (Wk5 R3) but a whole lot better than my last run. I've regained some of my confidence again tonight and I'm looking forward to seeing how I get on with my 25 minute run on Sunday morning.

You will be amazing...relax into these longer runs... start slow and stay slow:) Let the legs find their happy pace:)

I did it today and my legs were already tired. I kept it really slow, had a couple of moments of doubt but I did it. Good luck to you, you’ve got this!

Well done you. You must feel a huge sense of achievement. I'm making a point of doing it first thing in the morning so that my legs will hopefully be well rested for it 😆
