I've graduated in turkey , yesterday on a very lovely ( but warm) morning . A cruise ship was coming in with the mountains as a back drop . Wouldn't stop to take a pic lol but u get the picture , but here's one of me , I asked a Turkish lad to take it ha ha I was as high as a kite . So happy to be getting back into it again , this was yesterday I'm back in soggy u.k now .
I'm a graduate again: I've graduated in turkey... - Couch to 5K

Congratulations! What lovely scenery to do it in as well
Thanks astilla, I'll miss the scenery but not the heat when running
Congratulations Rockette. Sounds like a great run. Don't go mad now, take it steady - don't want any more injuries.
Fantastic Rockette, well done! Take things easy and keep injury free! Welcome back to our lovely weather I bet you will feel the cold today x
Congratulations! What a fantastic place to graduate! If I don't get my ass in gear I may have to graduate in Greece!!

Woohoo Rockette!!! Well done mate! A lovely place must have helped though ey. No soggy old England for you. It's been that wet hereabouts mate it's just so annoying. I've not been dry for days. Got the dog in tow and my clothes aren't drying from one walk to the next. Grrr
I should stay indoors a bit til you get acclimitised. You might have to dig out your winter jumpers! I was out this morning with a jumper on with a fleece over that and then my waterproof. Tsk
Well done Rockette, you're now a double graduate! Congratulations.
YAY! What an incredible journey ROCKETTE! From graduation - to injury - to being down in the dumps - to getting better - to starting again - TO GRADUATING IN BLOOMIN' TURKEY!!!! What an inspiration you are to all newbies on here who get down in the dumps about stuff and wonder if they'll ever do this program. You have proved that you can do it TWICE!
Hooray! And welcome home.
So good she graduated twice!!! Nice one Rockette. Nice and easy now.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Congratulations You rock girl Now remember easy does it cos you don't want any more injuries
Now when you run in England, will you be dreaming of Turkey and sunshine....?
Brilliant! Many congratulations to you!!! Looks gorgeous out there too
I missed this post but just wanted to add my congratulations and to say you give me hope! I am still out of the game and that's been 9 weeks now. Breathing still not great but I am working on the IT bands. I plan to do the programme again as soon as I am able ( if I go really slow then the breathing might hold up) so it's great to hear you've done it. So pleased for you. X
