Any advice would be appreciated I started Couch to 5k a few months ago got to week 8, however as work commitments & life got in the way I haven’t run for at least a month now do I start again from week 1?

Nope! You may have lost a little... my advice would be to try and run slow and steady for 25... time the run, if you stop at 20 start there, 25 start there... you won’t have lost as much as you think.

Try doing one run from each Week (starting at Week One) and see how you get on. You'll find the right level soon enough.

I don’t think you need to go back to the very beginning, but maybe pick one of the intervals weeks (say 3 or 4) and start from there? You might surprise yourself. 😀

I'd agree with a run from each week until you feel the need to repeat. Good luck.
