I have to say that I go onto youtube and use a youtube to mp3 converter to create my own playlist so that only songs that I like go onto it. I would say, as well, that you will get some hit and misses(I just couldn't do Flashdance....what a feeling, when I was running as it just didn't work).

I have to say I've read a ton of stuff on which songs to jog/run and/or motivate you so I spent an evening listening to a lot of stuff....
