W5R1 and trepidation!

Woke up this morning with a definite feeling of trepidation. For the first time since I started the plan I said to myself 'will I be able to do this run'? We'll I did it! It was definitely the toughest run so far, but really appreciated the rest walks in between. Two days rest now and then run 2.

Mortal terror when faced with W5 is completely normal! I was petrified by the prospect of R3, but it is do-able, so just take this week slow and steady, and keep reminding yourself how much further you can run now than you could a few weeks ago, and you'll be fine.

Its amazing how you will find the stamina to complete Week 5 - I have just finished it and was amazed that I could do the BIG run! Well done for getting through R1 and good luck for the rest of the week.

I think many of us felt trepidation at W5, but just take things steady and you will be fine. Well done! x
