Ran in shorts today for the first time. On holiday in Menorca celebrating 57th birthday and wedding anniversary. I had packed my running socks and shorts 'just in case'.

After a day of wonderful catering decided I really should pluck up the courage. Realised I hadn't packed the arm band for the player. Then I remembered a previous post about using the bra. Brilliant.

I snook out if a side door because I didn't want to shock anyone. But returned head held high through the front door. Only intervals but might go further Tuesday.
