I usually only weigh myself once a month and just go by my clothes. I'm gutted at gaining weight but trying not to be demotivated in fact it's making me more determined to burn it off!!
Week 9 Run 2 - feeling great 1 run left - then... - Couch to 5K
Week 9 Run 2 - feeling great 1 run left - then I've been weighed and put 4lb on :-(

Take heart: when I started this lark a couple of months ago I couldn't get into a particular pair of jeans. I now weigh 2lb more but the jeans fit. So you might weigh more but be carrying less flab.
And if you are carrying more flab, you are certainly fitter than when you started.
Stick with it!

I've gained 4lb since starting c25k and I weigh myself infrequently at about monthly intervals. I think my clothes fit a little better but like you got disappointed by the scales. I too have decided to burn it off! We can do this!

Measure yourself rather than go by weight, there can be all manner of things that make weight fluctuate.
Many Thanks for the replies to my post it has motivated me to not be dictated to by weight and think of my improved fitness levels

...but are your clothes looser? I lost weight, then found I gained again but I was still the same size so I put it down to pure muscle
Don't be disheartened, but focus on the running, and your body will continue to change and love you back
