Laura said so, so it must be true.
Week 6 Run 3 came and went. A bit of a struggle for the first 5 until I realised that for some reason, I wasn't breathing normally.
When I concentrated on the breathing I started to get into my stride. Middle third was great (cooling drizzle) and the last third was ok. I even managed to speed up a bit over the last 3 or 4 minutes.
I had it in my mind that I might break the 5k today but alas, it was not to be but I am happy with 4.78km. Hopefully next week.
