Normally I listen to fast dance type stuff, but today a slow jazzy piece came on from my playlist and I found it really helpful surprisingly! It got me curious as to other people's choices.

(I did find the accidental meditative stuff really unhelpful though!)

My stuff is a real mix: Feel this moment by Pitbull and Run to the hills by Iron Maiden, Burn by Ellie Goulding, Bee Gees, and I really like upbeat Latin music too xxx

The one track I have that perfectly suits my running is Ivory Road by King Charles, the tempo is just right for my feet and I have to concentrate SO hard on whether he's going to get all the words in that it takes my mind off any pain/breathing problems. Also Lester Lanin's Fast Cha Cha Cha.

My fave to end a run is A town called Malice by the jam. I also like a few of the more meaty Pink tunes with lots of attitude lol
