Was quite apprehensive about this one as 5 minutes sounds like 'proper running' all of a sudden. Also had 5 days off since W3R1 due to a bereavement. Was in two minds as to whether to repeat W3, but sat down and psyched myself up with some motivational Muhammad Ali speeches and so on, and went for it.
In the event it was not nearly as daunting as I had let myself believe. The first three parts were fine and it was only towards the end of the second 5 minutes that I was really blowing hard and mentally pleading for the voice to say 'Well done'. Was convinced I had missed it and was running through the cooldown, but no, it was just a long 5 minutes. LOL.
Roll on Friday. Looking forward to doing this one again with more confidence.

Well done with your first run of week 4 - I agree it does sometimes feel like slaying a beast of some sort. Sorry to hear you had a bereavement, please accept my condolences. Well, good luck with your next run and best wishes.
