I just finished Week 5 Run 3 and it went really well. Checked my iTunes to put Week 6 Run 1 on it and then I noticed something.
For some reason I have managed to skip Week 4 and just jumped to Week 5 without noticing until now. Was injured a week and probably forgot to think about that when I started Week 5.
What do I do now? I feel great but do I need to go back and do Week 4 and then Week 5 one more time before going to Week 6? I'm sure I'll be able to complete Week 6 but I feel a bit like I've cheated a bit.

If you managed that without noticing then it sounds like you should just carry on! I wouldn't see it as cheating as it's all just there to help you progress.
If I were you I'd just carry on, if you managed it and feel ok then keep going ok, the week 5 "biggie" is the one you probably wouldn't want to miss out and you didn't so I wouldn't worry about missing W4.
I had to repeat week 3 a few extra times just because I was struggling.. so the fact that you've skipped a week and feel like you can carry on is great! I would go onto week 6 is I were you
