Just done week 5 run 3 and feeling mighty chuffed! A lovely autumn morning, blue almost cloudless sky but chilly and lots of dew sparkling on the grass.
The prospect of 20 minutes was daunting, but just carried on. Fully wired up with heartbeat monitor to try to make sure nothing went wrong.
Can't wait for week 6 on Monday morning.

Congrats Truffles. Week 5 is a fantastic milestone and it's a great feeling when you achieve it Sounds like you had the perfect day for it as well
Wow, u did it alright! Great achievement and the start of increasing running and leaving walk breaks behind! I found just running was much better for me as walking just meant I had to get my legs going again. You must have found a good pace to run for ur fitness levels which is great. Nice and steady again for week 6, it is challenging but more than achievable 😊
