Just Started programme and feeling great.

Well, one 30min stint in the gym does not a fitness programme make, but at least I'm off the couch and running.

I have been eating a LOT of fruit and veg since before Christmas and lost a fair amount of weight, but now i need to get active.

Not sure when 9 weeks will be up but hope i will cross the finishing line

If you follow the Couch25k programme you will! Laura will get you round but you have to stick with it and listen to what she says. It's all thought out for you so you just run each run as it comes.

if you keep up with the healthy eating then you'll lose even more weight! It's fun, so try and enjoy it!

Well done for getting started - often the hardest bit of the programme. Take it slow and steady and listen to Laura and you will get there.
