Well this is fun, even my last two runs in the rain. Easing into it, hardly noticed the 5 min run today. A great programme so far!

Love reading these posts! I've just done Day 1 out of 3 for week 3 and enjoyed it! So glad you are into week 4! That'll be me next week. To lower my cholesterol, I've read some research that says 10 miles a week of walking/running is the level needed to raise HDL, the good cholesterol, so after my 30 minute C25K, I just keep walking for 30 more minutes and on the rest days I take a 60 minute walk with 3 lb dumb bells for arm strengthening. That way I get in 3 full miles each day or 18 miles per week, giving it all a rest on Sundays. I don't want to go onto statins.
