Planned last night to go off to church Sunday then gym to do run 3 week 1Got up this morning and it was so nice outside that I decided to go to church and come back and run outside. Should mention I live a 20minute drive away from said church. Anyhow as I got closer to home after church the clouds got worse and yes it was pouring down by the time I got home.those of you who saw my post on Friday will know that it is not my favourite condition. so decided to wait until it stopped. 7.30 this evening it looked drier... but oh woe my touch iPod and two old iPhones were dead as a dodo. luckily I had endomondo on my Nokia(thank you to the poster on here for that gem). But no idea what intervals for said run. So was doing my best when a disembodied voice announced I had done a mile in 15minutes...I really missed Laura... but a run was done hurrah for me!!!

Any run is better than none.
I wouldn't say it was bad planning so much as making a decision on the spur of the moment that simply didn't work out - the weather can be unpredictable.With regard to the technology not working out - technology has a habit of playing jokes on us. There is a wallchart you can download which will give you the intervals for each week. It's to the right of this page under 'Pinned Posts'. Anyway, you got out there and did a run so give yourself a pat on the back and go back to your normal routine for the next run. Good luck and best wishes.
